I've recorded the meeting in the cloud but can't access the transcript in text?

Hi @BSolberg, have you looked into the Using Audio Transcription for Cloud Recordings KB article yet? I'd follow the steps from the redirect of the KB article and all the info under 'Generating a transcript'. Let me know if this helps! 🙂

 

Also, take note of the Prerequisites for this feature 

  • Business, Education, or Enterprise license with cloud recording enabled
  • Account owner or admin privileges

Note: If you meet the prerequisites above, but do not see the option, contact support to have it enabled.

I have...a lot. But, I'm still struggling. 

The only available download is a MP4 and a MFA. I've selected to download to the cloud. Pic of settings attached.
