The graphic in the article linked above presents the options:
Call using Internet Audio
Dial in

Call my phone, and

Cancel

 

On my phone (iPhone 12, iOS 17.5.1, Zoom version 6.0.12 (15866)) my only options are 
No audio, or

Dial in

 

How do I fix this so I have the option to Call using Internet Audio back again?

The Call using Internet Audio option needs to be set by the host of the meeting.

How do I access the screen you posted? 

Forgive me, but we typically do not schedule meetings. Rather, we use the "New meeting" icon and attendees join using the PMI. This has always worked fine in the past, but not as of yesterday.
