Is it possible to turn off threaded replies in meeting? I've been through the options and i can't see the 'new meeting chat experience' option any more?

I've been having the same issue. The threaded replies are extremely distracting, and can't igure out why they took away the classic chat view option. I'd rather have a basic chat option.

Welcome to the Zoom community! We're glad to have you here.

As the meeting host, you can remove messages and clear the chat, but there is no option to completely disable threaded replies. Since it's not possible to turn off threaded replies entirely, it may be helpful to inform participants not to use them during the meeting if you prefer to avoid them.

I am aware of this, but there once was a feature to turn off threaded replies and I am trying to find out the logic behind why that feature has been removed. I am hoping that enough people ask for a return of the classic view option.
