Sound on HP Desktop Computer

No sound through my HP desktop computer. This is an all-in-one PC with built-in speakers. The speakers work with other programs. Must use headsets to communicate in Zoom meetings. Anyone else have this problem?

Hi @moblmell, Welcome! We are so happy to see that you are contributing to our growing community 🙂

This may be caused by an outdated version of the Zoom client. Please upgrade Zoom to the latest version and try again: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362233-Upgrading-Zoom-to-the-latest-version

Hope this helps. Keep us posted!

I hosted a webinar today and the sound from my computer was faint (yes, it was turned up high on my computer). I have a second computer that's used as a monitor and the sound came through fine on it, the same as it did for  attendees.
How come the sound was so weak coming from my computer (I have the updated Zoom app, using a new MAcBookPro M1)? Thanks for suggestions.
