Sound issues on windows PC

Strange one -  we use Zoom for our  camera club meetings  and  we play  audio/ Visual  files   all attendess  can  hear  the  audio apart  from one  who  cant . The  same person  can  hear  people  talking  its only music  on AV files 

its a  windows  PC and  i cant understand  why  - can  any one  help

Hoping you  get a reply ASAP..... I have this problem on a new Windows 11 laptop - everything was fine on Win 10.  I'm not certain if it's Win 11 and/or the now Zoom Workplace but something changed.  Problem only occurs with Zoom.  It's a real issue with groups I'm in several times a week.
