Sound issue

Hey, everyone! My students do not hear the sound of a track or video when I'm playing it (I use a headset). However, when I speak they have no difficulty hearing me. What should I do?

Hi @NathalieCurly and welcome to the Zoom Community! To share computer sound while you're screen sharing, you'll want to select "Share Sound" in the bottom-left corner of the share selection window. There's more detailed information on how to do this in Zoom Support at Sharing Computer Sound During Screen Sharing
