if someone could tell me how my settings should look when trying to get sound from my megaboom3 speaker. I want my clients to hear me and hear my speaker clearly. I also want to be able to hear them. This is what I did:
1. added the device to my laptop and paired it.
2. uploaded the app for the device to my cell phone and paired it to my phone.
3. went back to zoom settings and turned on output sound and selected the one that allowed me to hear sound through the speaker when I performed the test.
4. my invitees could hear me but the music just sounded like background noise to them (dim and low).
Please someone tell me what i am doing wrong or send me a screenshot of what my settings should look like.
Thank you so much in advance.
