Sound cuts in and out, my window UNmuted, everyone else muted, and....

i turn on a recording from my computer to play for all to hear from my itunes files (not copyrighted),

no noise in my house near computer, but the audio

i'm playing cuts in and out according to the people listening who are all muted.

How to make this work so they continue hearing the recording?
