Slowing participants over zoom audio

I set up a pro version allowing for 1000 participants. When joining by computer or iphone or tablet to zoom via username and password, I’m successful.

However, when trying to dial in by phone it says:

“This meeting does not allow phone dial in”.

Please, what am I supposed to do to allow?

I went through the set up procedure with no success.
Also, what number do I put in third party audio?

Username. Or both username and password, or neither?

Hello,

in the section:

Allow users to call in using Telephone only, Computer Audio only, Both,

Sounds like you selected third party audio or computer audio only instead of telephone and computer audio in the web portal.
