Size of window is tall and thin rather than horizontal like everyone else.

How can I change the size of my window to horizontal rather than then and vertical on an iPad?  Everyone has a vertical window except me— whether hosting or as a participant.

    Hi @Ninjanance 

     

    This is likely to be the orientation of your iPad. If you are using your iPad vertically, then your video will appear vertically (tall and thin) while other participants may be horizontal (landscape).

     

    If you turn your iPad 90-degress to a horizontal orientation, your video (and whole interface) should follow.

     

    If your interface does not rotate when you turn your iPad, you may need to check your iPad auto-rotate settings in your actual device.

    If I rotate the IPad screen then I am looking off to the side.  How can I crop the screen in Zoom  so I appear horizontal on an iPad? Zoom should have a way to crop the screen .
