Since I allowed an update to basic zoom, I can no longer join a meeting.

After update to zoom basic, I can no longer join a meeting.  Missing critical medical meetings.  Please help. I'm in my 70's and this is a real challenge. Thanks in advance for anything you can do.

I am sorry you are having difficulty joining meetings.  Can you give me a little more information on what is going on?  Are you clicking on links and they are not opening?  Are you getting an error message you can share with us?  Are they your meetings, or someone else's meetings?

 

Any additional information you can provide us will be helpful.
