Our group is planning to begin live meetings again. We will be having a Power Point presentation using a laptop as the source and projected onto a large screen in the meeting room. We would also like to have the meeting and presentation available via Zoom for remote members and those not able to be part of the live meeting. Does anyone know how this needs to be set up.? Do we need some sort of camera system to capture the meeting for the zoom group? Can a single laptop be used to do both the meeting on Zoom and the presentation?

Hi @CVCWRT
Yes, you can run the presentation and the Zoom meeting from the same laptop. While the presentation is running, just share it into the meeting at the same time. I'd recommend having another laptop nearby (but muted) nearby, which can act as the host and control the participants.
Hope that helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
