Sharing iPad to Desktop - how do I stop it going full screen on Desktop?

Hi there, I'm using Zoom on my Mac OSX laptop and sharing my iPad into Zoom/laptop via Airplay. On my previous laptop, when I shared my iPad, it shared in a window on my laptop. Now, on my new laptop, sharing my iPad it goes full-screen so I can't see anything else on my laptop (my notes, etc.). How do I change it so that sharing my iPad on my laptop displays in a window, and not full screen? Thanks!

 

For reference, I'm using:

 

MacOSX Monterrey 12.2.1

iPad OS 15.3.1

Zoom Version: 5.9.6 (4993)
