What setting is required for this?

There are no specific settings needed for this. Just be sure the host has checked the "Share with Sound" option:
or if sharing an audio clip, simply use the Advanced > Computer Audio
The host can still use their headphones, as the sound being shared to attendees is being routed directly to them, not through the host's headphones/speakers.

I have the same issue.
There is more to it that what you are saying. I have 2 computers, on one, it works as advertised. On the other, everything works as advertised as long as the laptop speaker are used. As soon as the audio is moved from the speaker to a Bluetooth speaker, usb headset ot even a 1/8 inch analog speaker, ALL ATTENDEES ARE LOOSING THE SHARED AUDIO regardless of the audio setting.
Both computers are using Win 11 with all the latest upgrade (OS, driver and zoom) done.

@vezinpi Not sure if you are still using the "Share with Sound" option with all these configurations... Can you provide a screenshot? Or, if you prefer to test this out live with other Zoom users, you can join @ZoomTestKitchen on Fridays at 9am ET/12pm PT - there's a whole group of folks to troubleshoot Zoom issues with you.
