Sharing an account

I am needing to take over my boss' account while he is away.  When I log in it kicks him out, is there a way to share an account?

I have a similar issue. We have a paid Zoom account for our club. We have a couple of people who share using it with the one set of credentials. But when two-factor authentication was introduced it made sharing very difficult. Can we turn off two factor authentication or have the two factor auth go to multiple email addresses?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Tracey_SM  and @DSchorow.

Unfortunately, sharing login credentials to share an account between multiple people is against Zoom’s Terms of Service. There are (legal) workarounds for many such issues, each of which work under different situations.

@Tracey_SM, if you are an Admin on your company account, you can access your boss’s account by going to Admin -> Users Management -> Users and clicking his email address in the list. From there you can access his Meetings and Webinars. Let me know if there are other tasks you need to perform. Scheduling Privilege is another technique that would provide you with the ability to access and assist with his Meetings in general.

@DSchorow, if this is an account primarily used by one person setting up Meetings for a group, each needing to be hosted by other members of the group in different occasions, the Host Key method would be a way to allow this with minimal disruption.
