Sharing a recording with a viewer who does not have a Zoom Account

Hello Team,  I want to share a recording but being alerted that the intended viewer does not have a ZOOM account. Is there a way to let this user watch it without having an account? Thank you.

What if the viewer does not have a ZOOM Account?  What is the option in this case?

Hi @mmaldonado! As long as you set the recording to be publicly accessible, they should be able to view it even if they don't have a Zoom account.

@crchan123 I have an additional question on this topic. Can I also track how people view the recording even if they DON'T have a Zoom account? 

And can I also track WHO views the recording - even if they don't have a Zoom Account?
