Noticed problem as host when sharing a image that image blacks out when I go to maximize image on computers of those whom I am sharing imgae with.

@David26 to clarify, are you saying when you maximize an image that you are sharing in Zoom, the image goes black on the participants screens, but you can still see it. Are they able to see the image clearly before you maximize the image? What happens if you just resize it, but do not maximize it?

Yes when I’m sharing a image and then I go to maximize, the image goes blank on the participants screen. I can still see the image on my screen. If I resize the image it comes up.

@David26 this is definitely weird. The only time I have seen a screen go black is when someone removed the window being shared, not maximized it. Is there any way you can get a participant to record what they are seeing locally and add it to the case (making sure their name or other personal information are not in the recording)?
