Share screen box is tiny

When I use screen share now, it shows as a tiny box
instead of the usual size. 
Not sure why it changed when I didn't change any settings.

I can't seem to figure it out.
I looked at settings
Anyone come across the same situation and resolved it?
Anyone can give any guidance?

there is a tiny box to show you there is a share, but the area of share will have a border around it.
