We are having subscription of pro zoom

we have deleted all older recordings from cloud storage of zoom but still we are facing cloud space issue, request urgent help please.

When you go to Zoom.us page
https://www.zoom.us/recording/management

 

You will see the space used.

Remember, these are per user. Do you have another user who used space?
