I have a new 24-inch iMac with M1 chip. In individual zoom meetings I can barely hear the other person and what I can hear is very choppy and hard to understand. The other person can hear me just fine. I've had a session in person at an Apple store and the iMac is fine. Also, the other person is unable to see my screen when I allow screesharing. HELP!!

Hey @mte999 did you download the M1 version from https://zoom.us/download? If not, I'd suggest uninstalling the current Zoom client you have installed and installing the M! chip version. 👇
Secondly, for your screen share issue, ensure you 'share computer audio' and 'optimize for video clip' when sharing content.
Also, within your Zoom desktop client settings under 'Share screen' click on 'Advanced' and check or uncheck, "Use Hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing", and see if that changes or makes a difference for your Screen sharing experience.
Along with Checking or Unchecking, 'Use TCP Connection for screen sharing'
After attempting the above, let me know how testing goes!
