We can’t help unless you provide us with details of your configuration:

  • Device manufacturer and type (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet, etc.)
  • Operating system and version
  • Type of account (Basic, Pro, Business, etc)
  • Zoom version installed
  • Connecting via Wifi or Wired connection
  • Are you the meeting host, or an attendee?
