Hello..
Can anyone explain to me
When I screen sharing a power point, a window which is normally in front of what I am sharing is blocking and making a black blockage to the power point. (pic attached).
I already try this with another laptop and it just doing fine without blockade. But I did found my friend has experience this kind of blockage too.
Is there anything to do with the graphic cards or something?
Many thanks 🙂

@Koesbrilianto , please check your laptop's specs as it could be the cause of it.
Full list of system requirements for Zoom can be seen here >>Zoom system requirements: Windows, macOS, Linux

Hello.
Thank you so much for your suggesstion
This is my laptop specs
Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2
16 GB RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7
Up to 77 Mbps internet connection
NVIDIA Geforce MX350
I still think this problem is caused by the graphic cards.
I will try to set the graphic cards in 2 different (Intel and NVIDIA) when running this app
Will report the result later
