Setting default monitor for Speaker/Gallery View in Dual Monitor View

I have a client who is running Zoom meetings in dual screen mode. They would like the Speaker/Gallery view for the meeting to open on the screen where their webcam is mounted by default. This is so they can speak directly to the meeting participants. Is there a way to do this in Zoom and/or Windows?
