Setting Host View to Gallery as default

I own the account buy my facilitator will be acting as host during training sessions.  I want my Zoom Video to always be Gallery.  I have searched the community and am unable to find the specific answer to this question. Also, did a google search too.

Thank you.  I did find this when searching Zoom Support. I am not looking to customize or save the Gallery view of people/participants. This is my understanding of the article you suggested.

I want the account owner to only see "Gallery" as his view when he logs in.  Account owner is not computer savvy at all. Then I do not have to spend up to 10 minutes (seriously) getting him to find the View options and select Gallery.

Sorry I lost track of this question. The setting is one time per user and then each meeting he can load the gallery.
