Screen sharing ppt crashes zoom

Recently, when my colleague tries to screen share a ppt on zoom, it crashes the call for him. Can you help?

Open the Zoom app. Go to “Settings > Video > Advanced.” Deselect the Video processing, Sending video, and Receiving video checkboxes under the “Use hardware acceleration for” section. Restart the Zoom app.
