I was playing a DVD and when I asked to share my screen, the audio comes through, but the video does not. Last week I did the same procedure and after 30 seconds the video came on to join the audio. Today the audio played all the way through and the video never joined. Are there settings I'm not setting correctly?

Hey @jeannie-beanie, for your screen share issue, ensure you 'share computer audio' and 'optimize for video clip' when sharing content.
Also, within your Zoom desktop client settings under 'Share screen' click on 'Advanced' and check or uncheck, "Use Hardware acceleration to optimize video sharing", and see if that changes or makes a difference for your Screen sharing experience. Along with Checking or Unchecking, 'Use TCP Connection for screen sharing'
