Screen Sharing video is black

When I share my screen during a meeting and play a video, the screen for both myself and any other participant in the meeting is black. We have the sound for the video but no picture.

Hi dylanmcl,

 

This has been an issue with Nvidia graphics cards in the past. If your pc has an Nvidia card you can try the solution in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJPobR-R3p4.
