Scheduling Privileges

A user is sent updates whenever someone with scheduling privileges for their calendar, schedules a meeting on their behalf. How can I prevent the user from receiving updates when there are changes made in the schedule?

I believe the issue was resolved after disabling the "When someone scheduled a meeting for a host" setting under the users meeting settings
