Scheduling Meeting from Mobile App

I’m trying to schedule a meeting for 1.25pm today from the mobile app.  It constantly goes to a drop down of times at 15 min intervals.  There seems to be no way of typing in your own time.  Every time I click on the time it gives me the drop down option.  Can anyone help? Thanks.
