To schedule a recurring meeting for the second and fourth Friday with the same Zoom link, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click on Meetings, then click on the Upcoming tab.
3. Click on Schedule a Meeting.
4. Fill out the necessary fields for your meeting.
5. Under Time Zone, select Recurring meeting.
6. For Recurrence, select Custom and set it to repeat on the second and fourth Friday of each month.
7. Ensure that Meeting ID is set to Generate Automatically.
8. Click Save.

This will create a recurring meeting with a permanent link that participants can use to join each session. You can then share the meeting link as needed.
