Recently, when I do the zoom recording, my audio and video frustratingly out of syn.
I am using Mac and using air pod pro to do the recording. Is there a way to fix it?

Hi @WisdomSoph, within your Client Settings > Audio > are any of the following enabled - High-Fidelity music mode and Stereo Audio? These two settings do increase CPU utilization. Try disabling the two, create a test meeting and recording to see if that helps.
Also, if you go into Video > Advanced > Try disabling 'Optimize Video Quality with de-noise and 'Use Hardware Acceleration for Receiving Video' to see if that helps as well. If you don't mind me asking are you recording to the Cloud or Locally recording?
