I recorded a long meeting. It shows up under local recordings but then when I open it, it says 'no such file exists'. Anyone know how to retrieve this? I'm sure I've done it many times in the past without any trouble. Thank you

Yes, if the target is full, that is the most common reason for the conversions to fail.

@PippaAdamson - It might not be able to find it if it didn't convert correctly. If you check out this article, it explains how to search for the file on your machine, and how to convert it if it didn't change to an MP4 file.

Thanks. When it starts converting it never finishes. Today I'm getting this message and not sure what to do - oh it seems I can't add screenshot here
message is: failed to convert recording. the destination folder does not exist
double_click_to_convert_01.zoom (and then same again with 02
recording original path: (maybe I shouldn't show that here)
I think my dropbox is full, so could that be the problem?
Thanks for your help
