Hello Zoomlanders,
OtterPilot seems like a nice feature as a virtual assistant to take notes. However, on Zoom settings side, I have not been able to figure out how to configure Zoom so meeting owners can restrict or allow for a scheduled meetings.
Is there a way to restrict or manage the use of such virtual assistants (OtterPilot) without entirely blocking the app (OtterAI)?
Ideally, Zoom has the ability to allow each meetings to set their own restrictions as meetings are scheduled.

To anyone, please let me know if there is solution for this.

If you want a per meeting basis solution you can enable a waiting room and require authentication to vet whether AI assistants are trying to join the meeting. Alternatively there are Zoom apps like Salepager that lets you schedule meetings and automatically verify whether attendees are human to stop bots from entering those specific meetings.
