Report to Trust & Safety - 500 Internal Server Error

Anyone else not able to report a participant due to a 500 Internal Server Error? We had a person join our meeting under someone else's name, expose himself, and leave. He's done this before, and we tried reporting him before, but got the same Internal Server Error, months ago. Something wrong with the form?

 

I've tried on Firefox and Chrome, on both desktop and mobile devices.

I am also getting the same error on both my laptop and tablet.  How can we resolve?

Is this something we should reach out directly to support for, rather than the Zoom Community? Clearly we aren't eliciting responses here.
