On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Renaming Local Recording

First time recording a Zoom meeting and I saved it as a local recording instead of the cloud (rookie mistake).  Am I able to rename the recording and send the link to the participants?  I didn't want to rename and make the recording unusable.  I suppose it's too late to move the recording to the cloud, isn't it?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @lalo2560.

You can rename the local recording, but I recommend uploading it to someplace like YouTube, Vimeo, DropBox, or OneDrive, since sending people a link to a video on your machine is likely to cause issues along the way.
