I see mention in Zoom Help of something called Remote support session.
Is this different from Request Control in a screen share? Does it work in the free version?

I think I've found where to enable Remote Support in my zoom account. Does the client I'm helping also need to do this, or just the support person?

Just the host of the meeting needs this enabled.
