Hello
I am the account owner of the Basic product. I have been away and during that time I assigned the role of author to my admin person. She was then able to run unlimited time meetings. I am now back and changed in User Management the roles for me from Admin to Owner. But I am not able to run unlimited time meetings. How do I reinstate my role as account owner so I can run meetings? Advice would be helpful. I cannot follow the so called on line support as it does not make sense. Thanks

Hi, @RDB1,
By "Basic" product, do you mean you have only a Basic account? A Basic account cannot run unlimited meetings.
If your account does have a Zoom Pro License, you need to assign your license to your user account. See this web page for assistance:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115004976063-Assigning-a-License
If you do not have a Pro license available, perhaps it is assigned to your assistant. In this case, you will either need to purchase an additional license to assign to your account, or remove the license from your assistant's account before starting this process.
Follow these steps taken from the article to assign an available license to your account:
The license is now applied to your user account and you can use it immediately.
