Registration Form has a defalut registrant's information

I have created a meeting and the registration form opens up with someone's name and email address pre populated.  How to I clear that so that the registration form opens up blank for the registrants?

I've learned that when the person who's name prepopulates tries to register, they get no confirmation email and are later unable to join the meeting.
