Recurring Meeting without specific time

Hello, when I schedule a recurring meeting, the option "no specific time" is no longer displayed. I can only select "daily, weekly, monthly". A few days ago I still had a meeting scheduled and could select "no specific time". Has Zoom removed this feature?

This feature is only available in the web portal. Login to your account at zoom.us then edit the meeting.
