Recurring Meeting with different start times

Is there a way to schedule a Zoom meeting for 10 AM every Thursday at 10 AM except the 3rd Thursday of the month when the meeting is at 4 PM?

While you cannot schedule that exact pattern from the start, you can schedule a recurring pattern close to that and just make that one minor change afterwards. 

Once the recurring meeting is scheduled, click the Show all Occurrences to see the full list of occurrences. Here you can find that 3rd Thursday of the month and click Edit to adjust that session's date/time:

This is only possible through the web portal, not in the desktop client or other methods.

This is exactly how I change the times on individual days. Just make sure that when you save the changes, you save the changes to that specific day otherwise the changes may get applied to all occurences!
