Recording transcript

I scheduled a meeting and set it to record in the cloud. I've received the recording of the meeting, but there doesn't appear to be a transcript of the audio. According to Zoom's info, the transcription is automatic if the meeting is recorded in the cloud. Where is it? How can I be sure I get a transcript of future meetings?
