Recording the whole participants in full screen

I am trying to record whole participants. When I record the meeting and find out in cloud, there is only a speaker in the recording file. Please help me everyone is in the full recording. Thank you.

I'm having this same issue now. My recordings are set for gallery, yet when I download and view, it's only giving me speaker view. What's the fix?

I am having the same issue... I have it on Gallery and shared screen and still did not record all my participants unless they speak, then it goes to them.  How do I record my class? I want it to record the screen.
