I know people who record small parts of Zoom meetings (in the form of interview training between two participants) and then watch them back in real time as part of the meeting. Does anyone know how this works. Thanks in advance.

Hi Pete,
Typically this is done with video recording applications and "screen scraping" which is a way of capturing a dedicated computer window for recording only. Then the video can be shared (screen share or other methods to share within a single Zoom participant window) within Zoom as the meeting progresses. Unfortunately Zoom's video recording feature (both for local and for cloud recordings) does not process a playable video file until the meeting ends so there is no way to do it with Zoom alone. -- So the current solution is a bit complex but there are folks that can help you out with this type of project.
Cheers
