Recording qualty

Hello! Could you please tell me why the recording quality is 360? The MacOS system version is higher than 13 and the quality in Zoom app video settings is set to HD. I also have PRO account.

Resolution has an overall effect on the image quality of videos. There are various factors that can affect your local or cloud recording, including the number of participants and meeting settings. You can refer to the table provided for the resolution of your local or cloud recording.

If a screen is shared, the video resolution will be dependent on the resolution of the largest screen shared.  Video will still be sent at a maximum resolution of 1280 x 720p. However, the video will be resized to fill the entire recording frame.
