Hi everybody.
I want to ask if you can record your meeting in Full HD resolution.
From what I know, this feature was available in the past.
Right now I only have the HD option.
Do I need to have a Zoom membership to be able to record my meetings in Full HD?

Hey @Alex38 suggest looking into the KB on the Resolution of recorded videos
For 720p, and for Group HD to be enabled and actually the resolution you're looking for you will need to meet the prerequisites stated in the Group HD KB article.

From what I see here it looks like the feature is available only for Business and Enterprise plans...

Hey @Alex38, yes, this is correct, 720p is limited to Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise account
1080p is limited to only Business, Education, or Enterprise accounts.
