Recording error code 53149813

Hello, 

I have a free zoom account. I am trying to record but every time that I try, it comes up this error 53149813. Can someone please help me?

Sorry for the delay in responding.  That is not an error code I have ever seen before, nor can I find any references to what it means.  If you are still having the error, can you please install the latest client software and try again.  If the error persists, please provide more information on the operating system you are using and the steps you go through to produce the error.
