Is it possible for a participant to record meeting without host invitation or permission? If a participant records, will this cancel the host’s recording? Paid subscription host recording to local device. Thanks for your expertise!

No, participants cannot record meetings without host permission (unless the meeting is set to auto-record in the cloud, in which case, the participant will still not have control or ownership of the recording). Participant recordings will not cancel host recordings.

Will the recording end when the participant that was recording leaves the meeting, or will it continue until the zoom ends?
