Recording Stopped - Middle of Meeting

I was recording a meeting today (Cloud) and in the middle of the meeting I got a "Recording Stopped" audio message.  As soon as I heard that, I hit the record button again to restart the meeting.  However, when I go back into my recordings, I only have the last half of the session.  Everything that happened prior to the "Recording Stopped" message is missing.  


I checked my local "Zoom Recordings" folder, thinking maybe it was recording locally at first.  


Any insights or ideas are welcome!

Hi, I had exactly the same problem during a zoom meeting on Friday, 13th Sep - I got the "Recording Stopped" message, hit Record again, but only have a recording of the session from that point onwards.

I had the same thing happen to me last night. I spoke to support and they have no record of the first half of the meeting. Did you ever get an answer?

This very thing happened to me last night. Did you ever receive an answer? I spoke to support and they don't see the first recording.
