Recorded video not switching to active speaker

Hi Zoom support/community:

Is there a setting to have the recorded video switch to the person who is speaking  (like it should)? This was working fine until a few weeks ago. I have made a few recordings, and now I only see my video and not the other speaker’s video.

For example, this video SHOULD have switched back and forth to the active speaker but instead it stayed on my video the entire time:

Any suggestions? Is there a setting that changed in the past few weeks or with a recent update or did I inadvertently change this important setting? Not sure where else to look to fix this. (Search for related info, it appears that the "Spotlight" settings might be involved, but I've never used these.)

Sorry, no solution but having the same problem. They seem to have broken this Zoom critical feature of switching the recording to the active speaker.  ZOOM! When are you going to fix this?
