Reassigning Sign Language Interpreter

Good day,

I am a sign language interpreter and experienced a difficulty with being re-assigned the Sign Language interpreter status after temporarily leaving the Zoom room.

It seems that once the Zoom conference call is in progress, if a Sign Language interpreter (who has successfully been assigned interpreter status) leaves the Zoom call and returns they cannot be reassigned Sign Language Interpreter status.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a general problem or a problem on an individual level?

@RobSkinnerSLI - I realize this is an old post, but there are several ways for you to now be reassigned if you drop from a meeting and webinar and rejoin.  If you are still having issues, please reply and let me know!
